Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on a number of products, such as items which have been personalized, hygiene products or perishable goods.
We kindly request that you return the goods at your own cost: please be sure to inform us before you send your return shipment. It is highly recommended that you buy tracking for your return shipment or keep a copy of your postage receipt as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned goods. Once your return shipment has been received and confirmed a refund of the eligible amount will be transferred to the account that was used as the original method of payment.
