Returns and Replacements
As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (from the date you receive your shipment) to return it to us for a full refund.
In the unlikely event that there was a problem with your order or the goods were delivered damaged or faulty, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on a number of products, such as items which have been personalized, hygiene products or perishable goods.

We kindly request that you return the goods at your own cost: please be sure to inform us before you send your return shipment. It is highly recommended that you buy tracking for your return shipment or keep a copy of your postage receipt as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned goods. Once your return shipment has been received and confirmed a refund of the eligible amount will be transferred to the account that was used as the original method of payment.
